How To Apply Helio Minerals

Before applying Helio Mineral Cosmetics:

• For flawless application, make sure your face is clean & moisturized.
• Let completely absorb (up to 10 min.) before applying Helio Mineral Cosmetics.
• Skin must not be tacky or greasy or minerals will apply unevenly.
• REMEMBER ...LESS IS BEST ...
• You're not frosting a cake.

Face

Silk Primer:

• Sweep lightly over entire face to minimize shine & give a matte look to skin. Holds in moisture without shine.

Concealer/Corrector:

• Shake out tiny amount of concealer into lid of a jar
• Dip Concealer brush tip into minerals
• Tap off excess and sweep upward from under eye along nose to inner eyelid. This creates uniform coverage and overall lightening effect.
• Use sparingly to avoid creased or cakey appearance.
• Applying concealer before foundation creates an airbrushed look.
• Experiment with the method that suits you best.

Foundation:

• Shake out a small dusting of foundation into the lid of the foundation jar & swirl the brush around in it to load the brush.
• Tap excess into lid or Kabuki dish for application layering.

Blush/Bronzer:

• Using Flat Top cheek brush, apply color from lid of jar.
• Buff minerals onto apples of cheek in circular motion, gently up and out to hairline, if desired.
• Come across forehead, chin, chest, decollete ... anywhere you want to glow.
• Repeat as necessary to achieve desired results.

Eyes

• Apply Silk Primer to lids if your eye make up tends to crease. Otherwise, foundation is sufficient to help shadow last all day.
• Shake out small amount of chosen color into the lid of the jar.
• Dip Shadow brush into color & tap off excess.
• Sweep over lower eyelid or entire lid, back and forth. Repeat if desired.
• For more intense color, wet Shadow brush with distilled water, dip into shadow and smooth over lid.
• The color intensifies greatly.
• Wipe out jar lid after application.
• Apply contour (the darker color) back & forth across crease to desired intensity. Work with small amounts so as not to be wasteful or drop shadow onto cheeks. Use highlighter color on brow bone, if desired.

Liner:

• Dry: Dip Liner brush into lid of desired color, tap off excess and line close to lashes, working from the outside to the inside.
• Wet - Wet Liner Brush with distilled water, dip into lid of desired color and line close to lashes. Repeat if necessary.
• Finish with Mascara of your choice.

Brows:

• Matte brow-matching colors can be brushed into brows to enhance or correct. Use Stiff Brow brush; dip, tap off excess, brush against hair growth for natural look.
• Dipping wet brush into jar of minerals can cause bacteria growth.
• Use jar lid for wet application. Keep minerals in jar dry.

Lips

• Apply Lip Gloss or Lip Balm evenly to lips.
• You can mix any Helio Minerals with your favorite clear gloss to create a custom shade. Blue and green shades are not regulated for use on lips. Read the label carefully.

Note:

• Minerals actually take a moment to warm up to your skin as they absorb to create desired coverage, sun protection & healing properties.
• By using minimal amounts, you can perfect application to a youthful glow with lightweight feel & superior coverage.
